We all know that huskies pull sleds along, that’s no big deal. But they’re dogs, unlike Jesper a sled cat from Norway who loves to tow his owner while they’re on skis, take a look at the video above, he’s a real sled dog cat. He also loves the outdoors more than he loves sitting staring at it from out a window.

So he’s not strictly a sled cat, but he’s involved in skiing. Whatever. He’s a seriously impressive animal nonetheless, and not only does he like to tow skiers along but he also just generally likes to roam around the very cold snow in his homeland going on adventures wearing a little backpack, riding bikes, climbing trees, crossing rivers, even swimming.

He also likes to look wistfully at the stunning Nordic landscape. You can follow his adventures on Instagram.

“When my daughter got Jesper she started taking him on trips to go fishing or hiking or camping,” the father of Jesper’s owner told Buzzfeed. “In the winter she has to ski to some of these places and he loved it. He loves running and also rides on her shoulder. I’ve never met a cat like Jesper before. He behaves more like a dog. My daughter lives far away but recently came to visit me on a plane and Jesper sat on the chair and looked out the window the whole time.”

He’s basically an inspiration to us all. If you ever feel like you can’t do something or the world is getting on top of you, just think of Jesper hiking through the snow and remember: the world is yours.

Well mostly Jesper’s, but yours too.
