The Lonely Island’s New Video Turns The Killing Of Osama bin Laden Into Outrageous Bedroom Antics
Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island delivered a very funny but totally inappropriate new video on Saturday Night Live recently. Or more accurately Samberg’s character Conner4Real did, who will soon be appearing in upcoming movie Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping.
The film is a mockumentary going behind the scenes of fictional musician Conner4Real, a kind of spoof version of Justin Bieber, who launches a solo album which is a complete failure, and follows him as he struggles to stay relevant.
In the music video called “Finest Girl (Bin Laden Song)” we see Conner4Real singing about a woman with a strange attraction—she has a “thing” for the killing of Osama bin Laden and is turned on by the US government’s assassination of the former head of Al Qaeda. It’s certainly an out-there idea but it’s very funny.
A sample lyric: “This girl requested intercourse to bring her to climax with the clinical efficiency of the assassination of Bin Laden.” it runs. And then there’s the chorus which has the catchy “Fuck Bin Laden” sung again and again.
So, yeah, prepare to be outraged but you will also definitely be chuckling along listening to it. It’s a dose of hilarious genius and up there with the best of their stuff.
Check out the trailer for Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping below.
